I don't have much to show, but, I want to give a lil gift as a 'thank you' for those who reported the art thief in Newgrounds...It's not really useful, but, I just hope i'm able to show some things for people to learn... It's recommended to know how to use Photoshop and AfterEffects first before looking at it...
I've also added an animated gif showing how a scene was prepared element by element... (Click 'Download'... 6mb tho)

'Kay, i tried counting and the total frames are approx 964... (that excludes the frames for non-animating elements)

Due to sudden changes DA implemented regarding GIF files with preview image, I decided to remove the gif to make the tut show up again

Wow this is great. I saw your video not too long ago and it inspired me to try something similar too. But thinking about all the work required (character designs, getting the storyboard and timings right, drawing the frames, putting them together, etcetcetc)... I think it'll take me years and years to do! xD

awesome! I animate by hand, but I transfer it later on to the computer to watch it animate. Now I have an idea of how to color it and add effects (which I was worried about a little since I had no idea how to do that).

That was a great process, and you have a right understand. It call in-between, in the second step of animation it call break down key frame after that will call in-between. By the way in-between in Photoshop is so β¦β¦.. You are good at it. Actually I like animate in Flash and it more easier than photoshop.

They even tried to rename it, but it says on the end "draw with me" and the dedication and everything.

it was made frame by frame, in photoshop....when you got all the frames (in order) "save" (technically render movie) ina .mov archive, all in the same program, photoshop...ok?
then....you open the .mov archives in aftereffects and add...er....the effects, like colour, shadow, inner glow particles and all isnΒ΄t it?..... and repit the process with every .mov archive... same effects for every escene, or well almost the same. and the you join all of them and create the 3min animation, add music and... itΒ΄s all?....
