Incredible, the weapon reminds me of a combination of Cloud's sword in FFVII Advent Children and the fin-funnels of RX-93 Nu Gundam.

It wasn't I who drew it, but I'm pretty sure the guy who did it made a basic sketch with blue graphite (or even normal one) by hand before scanning and using it as a brief guide, it's quite easy getting rid of the sketch lines once you've drewn the main outlines in another layer to make the work easier.
Or he simply did it on PC directly. XP

Either the breasts are too big or the body, mostly the upper, is too small. The abdomen is a tiny bit too long, but other than that the design looks great! Unless you were making her disproportionate for a reason, something about the PS3 being one sided onto something?
Anyway, the weapon design instantly made me think of Clouds weapons in the FF7 movie, Advent Children.

It looks as if the shoulders and head belong to a different person since they don't really connect to the torso correctly. It's really very confusing to look at.
