I'm going to be the different person who actually points out the flaws in this.
The first thing I noticed, was her really large crotch. It's far too big for a lady of her size.
Another thing that is off, is her breasts are too large for her body size.
And her belly button is too low on her abdomen. It should be at her waist, not her groin.
Finally, her waist is too thin for her hips and shoulders.
Now that I've got the torso grips out of the way, onto the legs.
They way her legs are positioned makes her seem highly off balance, like she's going to tip over at any moment.
And her foot, the one turned slightly to the side, is too short. Angle or not, it needs to be longer. In reality, ones foot is only about an inch shorter then their lower arm.
Though I do enjoy how you color, and the designs you make.

According to real anatomy, your analysis is completely correct, and I agree.
However for Mike's own style, the factors you have mentioned seem to 'attract his attention' most, and he most likely draws them that way on purpose.

Sadly merely basing those flaws on style is just one's way of trying to cover up their flaws. The breast issue I can let slide as style, since that is normally purposely done. But, the navel being too low is incorrect, even for anime style. As is the foot being too short, and the waist being too thin. I mean, even for an anime girl, having your hips cocked back like that would almost break your spine. Not to mention simple physics wouldn't allow her to stand like that, without at least having her stance wider. And I'm sorry, but you have to admit that is a creepy crotch D:''
