well there great rendering panels. They have a lot of depth and concept. Its sad to say though, your right! A lot of people don't know what Vocaloid is. If you ask a causal gammer, they MIGHT know, other wise its the anime fans. The problem is that America sucks at advertising things in a cute or amusing fashion when it comes to products, just look what we got for Blazblue(ps3 and xbox360) We got a crapy ass site, a art book(if reserved) and a game with a few tips and hints on a dvd.

Its sucks but I don't even think poor Miku will be any more to America but a little Anime freak to most Americans. I mean Vocaloid is American packaging is like crap compared to the Japanese one. When it comes down to it, Americans only care about money.

Yes, but not because of the crappy ad, it's because Japanese have a different notion and attraction to new technology. Add the moe designs and thats why Vocaloid became so popular there while elsewhere anime is not a part of the culture, therefore even cute covers wouldn't do good.
Also, American packaging? Last I checked the English speaking Vocaloids were from UK.
