Technically, this is the second test of my attempt of drawing fur.

Here I decided to absolutely completely redo the system, in comparison with the previous version, throwing away an old texture. Since it did not look quite naturalistic, and besides, it was quite time consuming, taking into account the fact that I painted every tuft of fur there.

Right there, I decided not to draw each tuft, but only to impose small shadows from the fur, which is much easier. And also, I again decided to use the overlay of a part of the lighting, which I deliberately summed up in shape under the fur.
The main thing here is to have a Straight hands and the ability to work with tools. which is not entirely about me, but at least I tried.
