It really depends on which version of superman it is. whether it's pre-crisis or post-crisis. (Pre-crisis is the functionally invincible, stronger version that can breath in space and all that other overpowered stuff) if it's pre-crisis then the match would be a alot harder for goku, however superman can still be killed or close to it (i.e. doomsday)

Superman was never killed by Doomsdays but put into a coma but at the sametime killed DD.But Post-crisis Superman is stronger now when he fought Zod their blows were destorying the planet they were on while under a red sun.

Ok guys, I love DB way more than superman, but superman would win hands down. Didnt he destroy a galaxy by sneezing at one point? Sure its ridiculous and BS, but theres superman for you (I mean who can take him seriously in that outfit anyway).
Even if goku somehow survized that, he would die in space because sayans need an atmosphere to live.
