I've noticed on DA that I've not got that much TF fanart.
Anyway I've decided to some fanart of Drift. I got some influence from the Warcraft mist of Pandaria because drift shows some japaense influence.
Summary of Drift is he was once a feared Decepticon called Deadlock. Eventually he encounters a "unaligned faction" of cybertronians who have been more concerned at preserving cybertronian culture rather than what the autobots ans decepticons are doing.He soons looks back at what he's done and dedicates himself to stopping the decepticons and he joins the Autobots. In my opinion he's my favourite character as he is a good example of a guilty man looking for redemption.

The pandaria trailer also gave me an idea if they ever introduce him in the bayformers films.
Optimus and his Autobot cronies hear word of Megatron attacking some major city in Japan. So they head there and the two have a confrontation. During the fight a mysterious transformer appears and makes the two stop fighting just after he kicks both their asses. and the mysterious transformer turns out to be drift. I pictured that he's be like a soldier who's fighting only to defend his home and would be a appropriate guardian of Japan in the TF universe.
And that another thing that I want to see, transformers who protect different countries. rather than all protecting america.
but if Bay were to do it then the stereotypes will be through the roof >.<
