Ever since Despicable Me 2 I've been wanting to draw Gru and Lucy together, after seeing Despicable Me 3 in the cinema I knew I had to put them on my to draw list.Now it finally happened! I wasn't so sure If I was going to like it at first...the drawing seemed a bit off somehow, which I was able to adjust while lining and colouring; and I dare say I amazed myself with this piece!
I can't get enough of Gru and his Minions, but since they added Lucy to the picture I was sold for a fanart.
Fun fact; since I've started getting bald I'm also starting to look like Gru, specially in the morning when I just wake up and I am grumpy
