He stole something valuable and probobly very dangerous and then tried to run away from security with it in his pocket. What did he steal? No idea but it makes him run really fast.
This is my first attempt at an action scene and making things seem like they move fast. I used bluring effects like motion blur in Paint.NET to do that.
How do you make laser blasts look good?

I had Rocket Racoon drawn as a scetch long before i saw Guardians of the galaxy Vol3 but i decided today to make something with him.
In fact his suit and appearance here is more like that in Guardians of the galaxy vol2.
