Lovely commission by Karoosa ! From the 007 video game: Agent Under Fire.

Bebe and Bella are twins (possibly clones) who serve as assistants/henchwomen for the game's main villainess, Adrian Malprave. Bond goes undercover as a wealthy investor to Malprave Industries headquarters in the Swiss Alps where the twins lead him into their boss's office to wait. 007 quickly realizes that he has met Malprave before in a previous mission (thanks to a rather narcissistically large plain glass portrait of her in her own office) and decides to reconnoiter the place on his own. Neither twin is seen (outside of multiplayer) again despite the fact that both are wearing combat gloves, clearly hinting that you will fight them.

Since each twin keeps a picture of her scantily clad sister on her desk I'm willing to bet that their relationship is a bit more than sisterly. Also, considering each twin's desk is on the opposite side of Malprave's in the same office and Malprave herself seems completely unfazed by Bond's trademark charms, I'd reckon that their relationship with their employer is a bit more than strictly professional as well.
