The gems on Dusty's new armband began to light up suddenly dusty's head pointed up and his eyes began to glow red he then spoke loudly.
"A war is coming! A war of dragon's! Beware the outcasts, Beware the shape-shifting dragon, A duel of power shall take place in the kingdom of fire only one will stand victorious, Seek the dragon of the sands, A great evil comes, No dragon can resist the temptation for it's power, all dragon's will fall and another end shall be bestowed upon this world."
Dusty's armband stopped glowing and he returned back to normal, viper was staring at him with eyes widened "What. The. Fuck. Was. THAT?!" he said clearly freaked out.

So this is part Dusty's story called "Armlet of Enlightenment" Where Dusty gets armlet put him forcefully by Queen Charred as part of her "Experiment" on him since she recently found cursed jewelry inside an ancient dragon temple. Nothing happens other then it get's stuck on him which frustrates the Queen. After Dusty and Viper escape the armlet begins to show it's power. It possess the wearer and speaks through them giving cryptic hints about the future. Dusty is terrified of this cause he's fully aware when it happens and is unable to stop it. Imagine something moving your limbs without your control then using your voice to scream out stuff and being trapped in your body, that's what it's like

Side note: Though it's extremely rare the armband has woken him up in the middle of the night and made him chant in ancient dragon language (which he can't understand) that hints at how old the armband is.
