love these gorgeous dogs! long legs for speed in helping them take down big animals such as a buffalo, buffalos r strong but not as fast as African wild dogs, which gives the dogs the upper hand in hunting. glad your luck made me have some luck!

Yes, it was 1 morning I was taking an early drive. I got lost and ended up down a dirt track. Suddenly a pack of about 12 of these dogs appeared and just came walking past the car. I took these from the passenger window as I climbed accress. They didn't seem to aknowledge me at all. By the time I got to the main road there were lots of cars all stopped around this pack taking pictures. But I was very happy that I got those few minutes alone with them thanks to a wrong turning
