This version of Spidey is based on MTV's Spider-Man, James Cameron's canceled film. And Marvel Nemesis, Rise of the Imperfect.It has the comedic touch like that of the MTV series.
It's somewhere between violent and sarcastic like Marvel's Nemesis.
His first suit is the same as James Cameron's

Earth-4 is a pseudo-adaptation of Earth-11 from DC Comics, where the genders are reversed, on Earth-4 it is 50/50, examples are Bryce Wayne, Valerie Stark, etc. Also based on other series and movies such as Hulk by Eric Bana, Superman by Brandon Routh, Martian Manhunter from Supergirl with the appearance of Jonn Jonnz from Smallville.
Note: The model of this Peter Parker is that of Josh Hutcherson. At first he had planned it to be Drake Bell from Superhero movie or Josh Keaton.
