Sapphire and Dash were the first children to be born first before anyone else did. Infinite and Espio thought that maybe since they were born and has nobody else to play with somewhere in their age.Sapphire always gets excited to see Dash, Dash would smiled at Sapphire when he comes and visit her and plays with her.
Yes Dash does have some training with his Dad so he can become a ninja but he would always have time for Sapphire when he gets older.
