I hope this helps, small tutorial on how I did the fluff thing here: MMD Outfit's Commission WIP
I'll make a better one later and with how I make the other different types of fluff.

I apologize for the ruckus in the background my kittens are in their zoomies mode-
and I also apologize if I sound weird, my mouth hurts, the doctors have yet to remove my 4 wisdom tooth and it's almost a year since I have them so it hurts a lot.
Its one of the reasons I haven't made tutorials.
