This is wonderful. The composition and use of color are outstanding.
There's one, minor flaw, though. Techincally, the type of collars on the shirt and the neckline of the jacket made these suits, rather than tuxedos. A tuxedo would have tabbed collar and special pleating in the shirt, and the neckline of the jacket would be lower so as to expose a vest underneath.
Other than that, though, I love it!

Oooh this is cool. I love that you took the tuxedo idea further. (The konoha guys tuxedo picture was already absolutely hawt XD ) Akatsuki should really take this idea up, much cooler than capes and straw hats
