A Dravidian #language spoken by close to 100 million people, Telugu is the official language of the #SouthIndian States of #AndhraPradesh and #Telangana .
With close to 82 million native speakers, #Telugu is the fourth most spoken native language in India and is one of the few languages to have official status in more than one State.
Telugu is also the fastest growing language in the #UnitedStates according to a recent study, due to the increasing Telugu diaspora in the country.
