Apparently this female lizard gorged itself on food to the point where it was unable to move and became a large and scaly fat blob, in which it is also warm.

Okay, I based this here on the work of an artist called bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuui or something like that, and so far I don't know if the "guy" is a boy or a girl, because he/she doesn't reveal his gender in the profile, just the country of origin and the time that he/she have been on the platform, other than that, there is nothing more to it than your preferences.
