The Paricutin cinder cone is the youngest volcano in the world known to date. Its formation occurred between 1943 and 1945, and coincidentally, where the volcano had grown, there was a cornfield that was destroyed by the formation of the volcano and also by the constant movement of lava. This volcano is located in the Mexican volcanic field Michoacán-Guanajuato, in the state of Michoacán, Mexico, having its highest point at 3,860 meters high, the Paricutin volcano being the youngest of the volcanoes in the field, by the way, the last eruption of Paricutín took place in 1952.
