After the insane war that took place all over the world, Miller decides that enough is enough and so he orders his soldiers to stop attacking and then he starts distributing all kinds of money possible to countries: money like Euro, Dollars, Reais, Rubles, Pounds and so on. He basically helped rebuild nations, but with one condition: that they all use renewable resources instead of fossil fuels, otherwise he would attack them again.
