Description
The drawing was made for me by TheRealKingSusiePen yesterday, but I was only able to post it today. The eruption of the Bislaman volcano Ambrym (also called Manaro), caused a group of Skoldis who were operating in the area to extract rocks to run for their lives, while 2 of them are running, one of them ended up slipping on volcanic gravel and with an injury to his leg, he could not stand up because of the pain, while other Skoldis out of the picture tried to survive the eruption while others died, whether from the eruption, lava flows, pyroclastic flows or the shock wave, those who died for the latter they were thrown into the air with great force, falling into the sea and dying drowned or chewed and devoured to death by white sharks while leaving a huge trail of blood in the water while they were being chewed, in short, this is a scenario that you do not I wish I were, because you would die in many different ways!
Fun Fact: Vanuatu is an island country located in Oceania and is located northeast of New Caledonia and southeast of the Solomon Islands, known for its crystalline beaches, incredible landscapes, natives and volcanoes, in which there are a total of 28 volcanoes, of which 17 are from the Holocene, which means that they are those with eruptions recorded in the periods when humans already existed, and the other 11 are volcanoes with eruptions recorded before the emergence of humans. Out of all 17 Holocene volcanoes, here are all of them:
- Ambae
- Ambrym (Also known as Manaro)
- Aneityum
- Eastern Gemini Seamount
- Epi
- Gaua
- Hunter Island
- Kuwae (probably best known for the new underwater cone called Karua and the massive eruption of 1430)
- Lopevi
- Matthew Island
- Mere lava
- Motlav (also known as Mota Lava)
- NE Shepherd Islands
-North Vate
- Suretamatai
- Traitor's Head
- Yasur
The Yasur volcano is the most active in the country, having been in constant eruption since 1270 and July 2, 1774 and continues to erupt to this day.
