Believe it or not, this blinkie actually has 4 frames instead of 2 xD... It's so that the border dots move faster than the dancing Psyduck. I didn't want the border to move slowly, nor did I want psyduck to move too fast lol.
This blinkie took me almost an hour... Yes xD. I experimented with some new stuff like the letters being multi-colored, and the blinkie having more than 2 frames.
