Well I dont speak japanese, so I cant finish the Sergeant Frog series... and I havent been able to find the manga so...

I haven't watched the entire series either, but a good chunk of it can be found subbed on Youtube. I wish it was being officially subbed though... I'm the sort of person that hates watching anything dubbed...and I hate watching a series out of order.
As for the manga, a lot of it can be found at mangafox, [link] or at manga.animea.net [link] Personally, I've been buying the manga for myself. Totally worth it.
