Quirk: Plasmakinesis

She can control and produce plasma from her body. Her skin absorbs gases and elements from the air, ionizing it and storing it under first layer of the skin of her arms and legs. It takes her a full day to refill her tank.

Depending on the gases she ionizes determines what temperature her plasma is, the hotter varieties are easier for her to produce.

When she runs low on plasma she becomes drunk like and lethargic.

Bio:
She is famous for being a civilian who saved herself from a terrible situation. Over years of rehabilitation she has gained a lot of notoriety for being a hard hitting quirk user with low defense, a glass canon. She'll often bring sketchbooks to doodle in when she's patrolling or she'll make statues from different things using her plasma to melt and reshape objects, usually glass, and give them to kids. Because her plasma can be rather dangerous to use directly she opts to melt things in her environment to make weapons and obstacles. After many months of training she learned to harness her plasma to fly through the air like a fighter jet.

She can reach speeds of 300 mph but it can make her woozy if she moves to fast. She can also become woozy from her quirk if she heats the area around her to much and makes the air thinner. She's known to be a hot head, usually provoking villians as a distraction or just to annoy them

She finds their reactions funny.

Personality:
Hoshi is a very blunt girl, often speaking her mind or stating obvious things made worse by the fact that she is very perceptive of the stuff that happens around her. She's never been fond of secrets, finding them tiresome and, mostly, pointless. She can keep secrets but, unless it's something critical, she usually forgets them anyways. That being said, normally she has a kind and helpful personality. She likes being useful, it makes her happy and adores praise. Her normally cheery, and straightforward ways makes her easy enough to get along with. Kids like her quite a bit as she speaks to them, not at children, but as people who should also be shown respect and kindness. She gets very upset at herself if she hinders someone which can result in her being distant at times but her need to help usually doesn't allow that to last long.. She is also a hot head, having little patience for people being needlessly bitter or rude. If someone provokes her or pushes her buttons she will lash out (usually at Bakugo) which can be problematic with her sometimes impulsive behavior.

Due to her past trauma, she can often get stuck in her own head and spiral severely down into dark places. She can facade her confidence and happiness so well that, by the time someone does notice something is wrong, it's usually because she's about to break down. She also has a hard time with making decisions on her own (again, due to her impulsive nature), doubting her own abilities and instincts if she's pushed to far. As of now, she is working hard to fix this, making decent strides.

She is a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, letting everyone see exactly who she is down to her core which is a girl who wants to protect everyone and encourage others to care for their fellow neighbor
