Aviqa, The Small Porpoise Pokemon

The gem on it's head is believed to help it locate prey deep in the dark sea. They live in large pods consisting of their family and rarely stray very far from them. When they visit the coast they enjoy playing with young children in the wade pools. It is considered illegal to capture wild Aviqa as they are critically endangered and, thus, their population is closely monitored by the Pokemon Preservation Society.

Flampok, The Warm Feather Pokemon

About 50 years ago, this pokemon stood on the very edge of extinction but was brought back with the help of the PPS and, although their numbers are still few, they are making a turn around for the better. Their feathery down is prized for it's softness. The down always stays warm, even after being removed from the pokemon. Flampok take great pride in their appearance and will become sad if the two feathers upon their heads are plucked.

Cobble, The Sweet Bear Pokemon

According to the PPS, Cubble have gone completely extinct in the wild and only live on in captive populations such as Research Labs and being owned by Trainers. Cubble become extremely attached to their caretakers, enjoying and craving hugs and affection. The fruit on Cubble's head grow sweeter and juicer the more healthy and loved the Cubble is. It often shares this fruit with people or pokemon it likes.

In the Somia region, a Trainer to be is sent a card from Professor Montezuma a month before their 12th birthday. After filling out that card, the trainer choosing their starter then, the card should be mailed back and a pokemon egg will be delivered to the Trainer on their birthday. When the egg hatches, the Trainer's journey with their new friend begins.
