Somian Snorunt:

Brought to the Somia region on boats, the hotter climate caused it to show signs of melting thus developing the Water type. It likes to hide in dark, damp places, often found near riversides or lakes. They make an odd sound unlike their Pure Ice type counterparts. It sounds like crying.

Lassion:

It is known to lure young children to river sides, taking them to replace their missing Snorunt young. It makes sounds that sound like crying, it's voice serving as a warning to run less you end up drowned. Wild Lassion always seem to be looking for something, coming out more often during a full moon.
