get rid of the left side & the top because they are taking way from the true area in this piece...
narrow it down without the extra which will blows out a great composition in a heartbeat...

yes i can see what you mean.. but i actually put it there on purpose.. it signifies the 'gate' .. that we cross to get into the deep of our soul.... i find in full view it is not disturbing.. but it is when thumbsized.. what do you say?
