I gotta use this picture in my current Eberron campaign...
(Though I wonder how Goodman Games could use the yuan-ti in their books - after all, they are not in the SRD, and thus remain the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast...)

Other than the black demon looking like a statue, this piece is awesome. Love the head gear on the squating demon, the palm trees and the sky.

First off, love that sky. The clouds are amazing.
Second, the characters are very well done. I especially like the scales on the snake dudes.
Third, the textures on the building are bad ass.

It might be a bit bright for my taste. Perhaps that's just because I'm not used to seeing a painting of such creatures in broad daylight, if you see what I mean...

Cool piece, it's interesting to see soemthing from games like BG2 so vividly portrayed, you certainly captured their reptillian essence.

hm.. the front most character with the hand-axe seems to be floating;
no shadow is cast on the creature behind it, nor on the building, as it is
with the others. the rest seems ok though; perhaps the black snake-thingy
needs a shadow of his torso cast on the building as well, as is done with his
tail.

very nice painting I always admire people who can paint well
but I have some problems with this. Where is the shadow for the creature on the roof on the left hand side? A shadow should appear on the ground other than the roof.
