Description
(Finally! managed to upload a picture from phone camera to computer to DA. "Memory full" issues.)...And this was taken during the first "Atmospheric River" NOT the BIG ONE February 1st-4th.
(Power is still out in some places a week later, and yet Southern California got hit much worse than we.
We got 8 inches in 4 days, they got 12 inches in 4 hours down there...)
