Description
I finally got around to designing a ref sheet for Heather McNamara. I think that it turned out pretty well.

On the left we have a full body picture of McNamara, which I’m super happy with. Next to that at the bottom we have three “paper dolls” showing three of Mac’s outfits: her cheerleading outfit, her primary outfit form the musical, and her primary outfit form the movie.

Next to that is a drawing of McNamara’s eye. Just above it are some pills(stupid child-proof caps!) and McNamara canary, Tweety. I know that it’s never been officially stated that the canary’s name is Tweety, but assuming that McNamara nicknamed herself “Tweety” after Tweety’s only cameo, I decided it was fitting. Thus we have Tweety. You can look forward to a bunch of Heather and Tweety art in the future.

Then we have a chibi drawing of McNamara, which I believe looks pretty cute. Next to her are the color palettes.

Left to right, top to bottom:
-Mac’s skin tone, freckle colors, and blush shade
-Musical outfit palette
-Cheer outfit palette
-Movie outfit palette
-Eye color
-Croquet mallet
-Tweety’s color palette
-Pill palette

Beside that is McNamara’s name and a list of her traits. I’m trying to work on designing the characters with individuality.

-Literal Cinnamon Roll
-Tall and Skinny
-Chubby face
-Freckles
-Kinda tan

For Heather’s body type I decided to make her tall, like in the movie. I wanted to give her something from the movie, since everything about her is mostly inspired by the musical rather than the movie). I also decided to give her a chubby face and freckles because I think that they make her cuter. Idk.

My cursive is better than my print. I didn’t know that until making this. Lol Too bad my handwriting sucks in general.
