Uh....another DBZ art....^^
I seem to be going into one of those moods again....^^ Another YGO art is on the process of uh....procrastination, but I'll finish it too.....maybe that will be my next submission.....^^ Anyway, this just came into my mind when I thought, what would Goten feel like when Vegeta and Trunks spend quality time with each other? Wouldn't Goten kind of miss Goku?
It must be hard sometimes for the little guy....*think up a Goku and Goten picture....* ^^ This was also made on blue construction paper, btw. ^^ XD *Luvs the paper and names it...uh....Sammy.*

Yeah, I'm just a little bit annoyed at Son about that. But this piece is adoreable. From the misted grainy coloring that gives the feeling of the hazy lit night to Goten's little bare feet it's just sweet in so many ways.

I know he wasn't doing it to be vindicitive. It was more ignorance and naivete on his part... but I can't imagine it was good for the family either way. The reason Chichi turned into such a complete bitch in the show was because of how her husband kept disapearing on her... anyone would become weird and overprotective. He didn't do that on purpose either, but it happened still. I've got complicated feelings on Son. Goten would long for a father figure.

I quite know how Goten feels, or at least I know how someone else from my family feels the way Goten does. My aunt (my grandma's sister) was born after her father went to war, she hadn't seen him for 7 years, just like Goten didn't see Goku. And she too was also really surprised and a little bit shy when she first saw him after he returned.
And I don't think it would be possible to see Goten resent Goku... the father-son bond between them is just too strong. That's my opinion.
Anyway, really good picture and really sad one too...

It's not really that he resents Goku, I just think that he would have missed him so much at certain times of his life. 
But Goku is noble in a way that he also cares for the whole earth, not just for his family. ^^
