I didn't include explorer.exe because I updated my computer to Windows 7 SP1.
You can use Restorator to change yours by replacing BMP number 6801,6805 & 6809, so do explorerframe.dll
[How to install]
1. Install Universal Theme Patcher, re-patch again if you updated to SP1.
2. Copy everything in themes folder (Elune folder, Elune 1(Bottom), Elune 1 (Top)...) into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
3. Take Ownership, rename the orignal to back up and replace modified explorerframe.dll in System32 folder.
4. Restart Windows & then select this theme in Personalize Menu

I'm having issues with this. I tried to rename it, but it wouldn't work, it said I didn't have permission (After logging in as admin). I have a backup of the original made, but I can't seem to override the original with the new one.

Oh,you need Take Ownership (included in RAR file)
Run .REG then select Take Ownership option in right-click menu

Below "What you can try" there is a small box that is empty but it should have said "diagnose connection problems". I get the same error on different other websites : like instead of the button saying "perform search" or "i'm feeling lucky" i get the same small empty square.
Other than that everything is perfect ! Congrats !!

Excuse me, I'm trying to install this but my computer won't let me extract the .rar file to the Windows/Resource/Themes folder. It says I don't have permission, how can I not enable permission? This is my personal computer by the way, not like at a school or anything.

I love this theme! But it is unusable because it makes my libreoffice looks really bloated. Can you fix that?

I love this theme! Currently using it on Windows 7 SP1. I did notice a small bug with the theme. It conflicts with OpenOffice, causing the toolbars to become much too large. It's only a small issue, and by no means a deal breaker. Thanks for all the hard work you must have put into this!

right click on "soffice.exe"
click on "compatibility"
click on "Disable visual themes"
(Maybe you need to restart "quickstart.exe")
start OO

Hey, great theme as always! Just a bit miffed at the semi-bold menu instead of a normal font weight. The semi-bold causes the ff4 menu to space out quite a bit. Changing it to the normal weight fixes it. Just something minor. This theme has broken my Shine 2 streak. Awesome work.

Thanks for creating an awesome theme, it looks amazing on my laptop.
There is one problem though. In Chrome and Internet Explorer the font on some have changed into some weird looking font. One of the pages which is displaying it, is one I use at work. Here's a screenshot.

Can you add a better dark backdrop to text?
For example, the gray backdrop behind the window title (in, say, notepad for example) gets cut off at the bottom and it looks pretty bad. That's not to mention the fact that the setup is hard to read in the first place.
Also in need of dark backdrops: the clock and the start menu options (on the glass).
I've installed this using Custopack, so if you've updated it since then (you mention getting rid of Segoe, which I still have), it would be wonderful if you could update your custopack download.
Other than that, great work.
PS. Is there a way to get rid of the "7" in the start menu? I keep my taskbar at the top, but the 7 pretty much kills that with how it pushes the start menu down.

When I said Segoe, I meant Corbel.
I see now that Elune 2 solves the start menu readability issue but the Window title problem is in every variation.
