Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the main characters of the video game franchise of the same name. He is also one of the main characters of the anime "Sonic X", where he and his friends opened a gate to a new world (in short, Chaos Control teleported Sonic and his friends to Earth). There they met a human boy named Chris Thorndyke, and in Season 2, Iron and Edward Tanaka joined the team.
