You know this place, don't you? Giant oak, Twi's residence. Just a peaceful quiet night in Ponyville, enjoy the moment.I made it specially for the 1st episode of MLP: Online singleplayer. Check and [link] where you can download game beta. Everything is free.

The lighting and atmosphere in this is absolutely amazing to look at. It reminds me how much I love to sit out on a clear night when the moon is out. Very nice work indeed!

I don't even know where to start...
The highlights caused by the moonlight, the attention to detail, the out of focus on the foreground foliage (?) and everything else is just beyond amazing.
Although I have a one complaint about it.
The lantern seems a bit flat compared to everything else that's so expertly shaded.
I know it's lit up (duh) but it still looks a bit out of place.
But it's just a minor issue and it doesn't compromise the sheer awesomeness of this wonderfull piece of art!

You did a gorgeous job on the library, getting so many great details together to make it look absolutely stunning in the middle of the night. I've always loved the design of the place, even if it's a bit TARDIS-like on the inside. Also I've never been able to choose which bedroom I like better: hers or Arnold Shortman's.
The mood is so beautifully quiet that I can't imagine that it's part of an action-adventure game... However, I do notice that the view is from over a garden wall or fence (with blurring for depth of field), so this could be the view of some pony lurking about for either nefarious or honestly important reasons.
Whatever, the case, you captured al of the important elements, and I can't mention anything about the fenestration as I did in the Twilie Awoken picture either. 
Oh, but not to worry on such a gorgeous night. And so nice of them to leave one light on to help ponies find their way (plus make the lovely flowers show).
Still, what's going to disturb this tranquil and idyllic night?

I love to come up with the stories behind the pictures, even if the artist never intended there to be on in the first place. Still at this point in my life anything that can spark my imagination even a little bit is a precious thing. In this case though it's much more than "a little bit," so maybe I'd better put on safety goggles.
