  -Mini Blizzard; Using the water in the air or even sweat the build up on the body can drop as snow
  -Frosty; Sweat crystalizes on skin, shimmering in light and becomes blinding
Drawbacks: Overuse can cause symtoms of frostbite and pneumonia. If uncontrolled their surrounding area freezes, close proximity will cause others to develop symtoms of frostbite and hypothermia. Needs to be warmed by outside sources for body tempurature to go up, this ovbiously weakens their abilities but reverts most physical drawbacks. Using their own body fluid for any moves can cause dehydration.

Backstory: Born into the Shimo clan her late mother died of hypothermia giving birth. Having been born with her quirk she was only handled by those who could witstand the cold. Those few being her Sensei and a few maids who basically raised her. She learned to walk and talk at a very young age, soon after began her martial arts training to be able to protect herself as the next heir. Even though she was born into a wealthy family she lacked true affection leading her to be cold, spoiled and materialistic. After her father's untimely death, she eightteen at the time knew she would be forced to marry as the heir. Not wanting this she ran away. Living on her own she learned the true hardships of the world. She sees the world has harsh and corrupt with society praising a flawed system. While not being a full fledged villian she is most definetly antihero.
