Description

Corporate backed fixers, nothing rings more corrupt and twisted. They don't even deny it, much less feel any form of shame for it. Really considering the equipment that White Tail has access to it would be pointless. Why are they not considered a Corporate kill team? They don't exclusively work for W Corp. If you can manage to pay them, they'll do the job, now if you feel cheeky and want to send them after their Corporate sponsors. Don't do it.

Aside from it being a bone headed move, you might also want to consider who 2xU Corp are. They are by far the largest of the Mega Corporations in Atlantropa, having been placed in charge of the Altria Craniums by the Ministry. In simpler terms that means they manage Atlantropas power supply in a joint venture with the Ministry of course. Before that they were and still are in charge of waste disposal and recycling. Which is a very important business too, given our limited living space.

[Oberon] : copy that.

Oberon looked around at his handy work, this batch of recruits was faulty and unworthy. All of them are far too weak to assume command. He drew his boar-sword from the chest of the fallen recruit and wiped it down. Double-You Corp would be upset, but it hardly mattered to him, they wished for him to cut the wheat from the shaft, as far as he was concerned he was just doing his job. Besides it wasn't hard to get more of them... something caught his attention, the visor of one of them had been cracked, just a small sliver. "Can you see the beautiful light, the radiant shine, so deep and red can you feel it." 

[Vix]: you killed all of them, why?

[Oberon]: None of them showed any potential.

[Vix]: the higher ups will-

[Oberon]: Vex, the higher ups will understand, they wish for quality not quantity. I provide that, I am... irreplaceable.

Investigation
It was all collateral damage, at least that's what the higher up wanted to spin it as. Now I'm no stranger to botched plans and messy outcomes, but this, this is something else. Needless to say I don't believe for a second what  Double You Corp is trying to push here. This was the work of a sadistic monster, it doesn’t take a forensic expert to tell ya that these people didn't have a quick death. I'm going to do some personal work, and try to figure out what exactly went down here.

[Herbert]: a very precise cut into the side of the head, the suspect scrambled the hippocampus, on both sides. It took a very skilled hand to pull this off. Followed by the application of Mending Salvita, the victim was essentially left without their hippocampus, but very much alive. Now, a little pop quiz for you two. What function does the hippocampus serve in our brains?

[Roland]: Well ah, it has something to do with our memory? Right?

[Genevieve]: yeah, it does, well at least from what we know it's the center for our emotions and memories, ah somehow, I'll be honest Ro Ro, I might have probably definitely slept through that class.

[Roland]: you'd think with all the advancements in Wet-Drives-

[Genevieve]: My company doesn't deal in Wet Drives Roland! We're trying to keep the brain healthy and sunggly inside our clients noggins!

[Herbert]: back to the point. The victim was essentially left without the ability to form memories. This leads us to the torture and killing of them, all of them. The pain was always fresh on their minds.

[Genevieve]: That's rather... unpleasant.

[Herbert]: indeed.

[Roland]: You want to know who Genevieve's company sold the Salvita to?

[Herbert]: Yep, Minerva Corp is the sole patton holder when it comes to producing Salvita.

[Genevieve]: hold ya horses old timer, we also out source and license ir out to other  companies so that they can produce it too.

[Herbert]: True, very true Mrs. Mikhail, but the Salvita Sample we managed to extract is a dead ringer for one specifically produced by your company. I mean it's no secret that even under license, the exact formula used isn't a copy of the Minerva one.

[Genevieve]: hmmmmmmmmm.... yeah well that is true, but still Herbert it's a pretty long list. Even if let's say we cut it down into the specific grade of Salvita, that would still leave us with a lot of candidates.
