Description
Drawn freehand in opencanvas and photoshop. This is the first time I've worked with a printable resolution (1600x2400). The hair was more difficult to draw than it is at smaller sizes.The reference photo is this one: [link] by ~gunrkan2

oh my gosh, she looks just like a character I have, only the character's hair is shorter and the skin is darker...but still, whoa

This one is amazing. The color of everything in the painting is great. The color of the hair, the skin, the lips, the make-up around the eyes...
The only thing I don't like is how the shoulders are just blurs. I think it would have looked better if they were fully detailed. Just my opinion.

I believe you that this resolution is very hard to work on. First of all the size is a bit different and then the brushing isn't so easy like in lower resolutions. Anyway you did a great composition here. The glitter and the soft blue tone around her eyes create a beautiful impression and a strong contrast to her hairs and lips. Light and shadow work seems quite realistic to me and the 3d impression is just awesome. Still there's a thing that I dislike a bit and that's the colour tone of her skin surface. It looks very bleech and too dull overall. So it lets her look unintentional sad. Still it's a very good piece and the freehand factor gives it an extra plus.

I was staring at her nose for a while, I just can't believe how well you draw..its amazing..her lips, eyes hair, everything is just perfect.. It would be really neato to see different chickies with a rainbow of hair colors.. especially blue!
