There are far too many things that I did not say.I wanted to maintain the original mood, so I tried not to overwork this. Photoshop: airbrush, eraser, fill.

This is just downright freaky. In that good way. How in the heck have I missed all these great dark pieces. I love this expression.. I fee like this a lot, I'm just glad it's not as obvious as it is for this girl here. I will surf ever valiantly for more of your gallery!

the eyes, tongue, blood, scream and pose all give a very scary and dark blown away from the screen, i really feel like she is sceaming on of those screams of death ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGH

I can imagine the feeling, when things aren't said, which have to be said. And sometimes all these things break out like a scream. The idea is well worked out. It reminds me a bit of "Der Schrei" (The Scream) from E.Munc h. But the best part of the picture are without any doubts the eyes. They look so scary and frighten - you feel really threaten through them.

Nice pic. The teeth are too dark, try making them brighter or at least only partially covered by blood. It will contrast with the dark background. You should make more hair visible, it will give more life to the image.
