Description
Liquid Eyeliner. Cherry Lipgloss.I ended my break from drawing today to try something a little different, mixing some styles that I've used.
Technical: Freehand Photoshop 6.0 airbrush painting. Airbrush and eraser tools only. Wacom. The size shown is the size that I worked with. I used this photo of Adrianna Lima as a reference: [link]

okay I admit it I came back to just admire once again your craftyness and then I look and whoop you got a DD, and either it I missed that little morsel of goodness the first time or I just have some sort of minix radar going on and it was meant to be that I see it right now ...so CONGRATS!!!

she is a such a little diva with the turned up nose and glossity gloss lips ..is that by chance mac's lipglass? heh great job ..must now go sit in my favs and whil I polish the glass covering on it and swoon till I pass out

I'm bummed I missed it, but I'm supposed to be working...
The expression clashes so deviously with the childish shape of her face. The makeup screams glam. The liner is so inky and slick and her lips are gloss to perfection. If I looked into them hard enough I'd be able to see my reflection.
So tangible, there's such dimension to her. Makes me wonder if she's out and about in the real world. If so, her name would be Lolita with the liquid liner.

Amazing. As a painter (I use a lot of media, including digital), I was totally fooled into thinking it was paint, and I use Wacoms too. Great sensitivity to light and textures on surfaces, and I really like the mild distortion which gives it character. I'm checking out your other work now....

Very nice. I like how you used a reference, but highlighted or downplayed certain features of her face and hair. It has a creamy, sleak, wet look to it, like coffee or chocolate, that I like. Or maybe I'm just hungry.

This looks so much like real paint, it seems like the picture has some real weight to it. It's neat also how one of her eyes is bigger than the other. It gives the effect that she's peeping at you suspiciously, an effect that's not in the reference photo at all. Nice.

now you see, i just got my wacom tablet not to long ago and i'm not doing so well, you just make it seem all to easy.... *begs for your skills* everything in this is perfect.... cept maybe the hair could have been a little better with some "silky highlights" or some light shading

Just one thing, ont he left of the pic, just left of her eye, it seems to me, that you should have blended it a little more where it goes from light to dark, it jsut seems almost a sharp edge on the colour.
