Who is the fairest of them all?I spent most of today painting this. It's the most detail-intesive piece I've done in a long time. For reference, I used one of *siona 's many beautiful photographs, Snow White Story . (update: link fixed) Thank you so much, Alexa !
Technical details: Freehand Photoshop 6.0 airbrush painting. Wacom graphire2.

Glad to see you're back with some stunning pics.
And again you show your great skills, specially with the hair, one of the most difficult parts to paint.
Although I'm not a fan of white backgrounds, the contrast created is very nice.

i love it!! god your skills are just too good!! wish i could do stuff like this.. love the color scheme to this, makes her look pure and inocent.. the red lips make her look flirty yet at the same time making her look matured in many ways.. her black hair could represent the strong will of heart that shows a person who is sure of herself.. her eyes shows just how gentle she can be and at the same time shows a person who can be stern..

Beautiful....I love the light colors in this one and the strong lightning from the right....
The hair looks almost photorealistic Great work on that....
The eyes are very nice too....
I like the rad lips....They give a bit more depth to the otherwise pretty colorless piece....

Oh yeah, and the lips look great. I love the bright red... but for this piece I think it might look better in a paler (almost skin) color to go with the brightness.

Wow. I love the pose. And the lighting is excellent. But some things do look a little bit funny such as the area around her left eye (our right), and her arm looks funny but maybe it's just me. Good job.

great work, the perspective makes the face look a little strange but the detail you have put into the facial features is excellent. The highlights in her hair on the right surve a bit strangly too, they curve too quickly i think. Still wonderful detail with the hair, the individual strands and their shadows. Subtle detail is always the best and this is full of it. Excellent work
