To date this is the drawing I mostly feel proud of. Shadow the hedgehog walking on a rainy garden in peace.

To be honest, Shadow is my favorite Sonic character. He is even better than Sonic himself. I love his angry but calm personality. If he was real, I would marry with him but since he is on another universe, I pair him with Rouge.

But I did not sketch Shadow for this one. The original sketch belongs to Pendulonium . Here is the original sketch . I only made the background and the plants. I colored Shadow.

And the way I colored him is not the regular outlining style I use. I decided to do it on a more 3D form. I used around 28 layers for this and took me like 4 hours. Man, that's a record.

: Ahhhh (Sigh, not scream)

The secret for this? I imagined myself on this scene. I was also listening to "The heart asks for pleasure first". That music reminds me of my cottage which is located in a place with a similar background.
