Shin is a gem cherub (a puffball with gem propieties and angel wings). Unlike Kirby, he cannot inhale or copy but has other special powers instead. His name comes from the word "shy".

He is better well known for his nervous and scaredy attitude and lack of weapon. He is still training on flight and likes to do quiet activities like drawing.
