Back in January my friend Ginz posted a piece that she had made using an art prompt for creating a character, and I thought "Hey, this is pretty cool, I think I'll try it, too!"

The rules for the prompt she was following were:
- hair is the color of the shirt you're wearing
- their clothes are the color of your phone case
- eyes are the color of your underwear
- give them a hat if you live in Europe
- give them earrings if you live in the Americas
- add scarf if you live in Asia
- add glasses if you live in Australia
- add tattoos if you live in Africa
- put your favorite emoji on their shirt

I thought I'd also tack on a few more, so I searched for similar art challenges/memes/prompts and gathered these:

- Take an object or type of object from the room you're in and add it to your new character.
- If you're feeling extra lucky, use a random number generator to colour the clothing!

So I ended up with:
1. Pink hair. The sweater I was wearing when I drew this is striped with a few different colours, but is prominently pink.
2. RNG coloured clothes (broworange for the vest and gray for the pants.) 'cause I don't have a phone, and therefore don't have a phone case and it would be impolite if I gave my new character invisible-non-existant clothes.
3. Brick red undies coloured eyes.
4. Earrings
5. I refuse to put an emoji on the shirt. :O What a rule breaker I am!
6. My room is full of toys, so I gave the character a mountain of plushies. They've clearly just emptied out a few carnival games of their prizes! 8D
7. So I added a caramel apple and face paint to tie that together. XD
