My first doll base!
I know it has a lot of ...umm...errors but I tried !

Melikes the palette and the base itself.
The face itself is adorable. The blue and the eyes both make me awh.

Few minor errors: The left leg seems a bit...broken. It's a bit bigger and is bent.
The elbows are a bit dark. Shade them as you do your knees, is my best suggestion.
If you're going to move her hips one way or the other, the boobs need to move as well. It seems a bit weird that they're parallel, same with her shoulders--her shoulders seem a bit big too.
And I'd like to see a belly button and some more shading on her tumtum. x3

It's nice to see a doll base that is as big around as this 'l'.
Proportions seem to be alright except what would be her right leg. It is a tad longer than the other one and if you meant to make it so that she's stepping a bit forward, perhaps you need to redo some shading around there.
The hands are very well done, which is rare and I congratulate you. However, the right should bumps weird. As in it is shaped differently than the other one and it seems less realistic than the other. I love the little cheek detail. While it can be easily over looked, it is fun when you notice it. I'm not saying you should play it up more, I'm saying it is subtle in the best way possible.
