I decided to draw Helly from Robocar Poli again.I was watching Robocar Poli with my baby cousin and Remembered Helly.
I hope I improved, I think I improved.
(And yes, I am aware he has 3 blades for his propeller, not 4. I just wanted to add the extra blade there for balance.)
