Thank you. It was cold and windy and the fly wanted rather to stay in one point than flying in such weather. But it was sitting on a leaf which was swinging awfuly with the wind so it wasn't very easy to focus but finally I did it.
It was rather a matter of luck. But it's true - fly was incredibly calm.

Yes, these are ocelli. So called - simple eyes. They are enable to sense light but in contrary to compound eyes they are not really enable to see its direction.
