She is the Daughter of Popee and Funny. She is energetic, sassy, a positive joy. She loves playing her friends and loves to preform but she does not want to look in the mirror because she has a demon for because of father (Popee) and the reason why is that he wants to learn magic witch he gives up and leaves the portal opening then daughter of the wrath warrior and the Lust princess come out and finding a soul to possessed finally she finally founds Flutter. The only thing the demon girl can do to reveal herself is if Flutter losing her temper or in short getting angry but Flutter manage to control her anger but will unleash her new demon form if a fight has erupted. Her mother (Funny) already know there's a demon inside of her and tries to separate but that would cause a mass destruction and Flutter has to accept her new demon form.

Relationship:
Popee (Father)- She has a normal relationship towards her dad, Popee would show Flutter new tricks but she does not like her fathers aggressive anger issues so she has to stay clear for father if his temper was raise again and she could not forgive him for summoning a demon inside of her.
Funny (Mother)- Funny and Flutter do have some things in common both love fashion, bright colors, and sweets, but Flutter does not like her mother being a air-head, selfish, self absorbed, and a lier. Flutter always feels embarrassed seeing mom on her favorite bodysuit and spoiling her rotten and all honesty Flutter said than she always feels uncomfortable being around both her own mother and father but she does not want to tell her parents. Sadly that the fact that Flutter wants to know Crescent and Corona more Funny just denial her questions.
Papi (Grand father)- Flutter spends time with Papi. She enjoy being with her grandfather and she gives a good laugh but don't
Corona and Crescent (playmates)- Flutter love Crescent and Corona, after she found an old picture of her mom and saw the two alien and she was super curious and want to learn more about the two aliens. Unlike her mom, Flutter loves both Crescent and Corona equally and she more treats them as a normal person. She enjoys playing with them but sometimes admits that Crescent deserves to be loved and the treatment Funny that given to Crescent and Corona was just unfair.
Suzushi (boyfriend)- She could not help but think about him all the time. Flutter is always supportive Suzushi and She"ll help him in need.
Dusky dawn (half-cousin)- Sometimes protective of her, Flutter always try new ways to make her laugh and play but she is always wondering who is Dusky's biological parents.
Tamashi- She often argue with her a lot because the control but both work as a team to fight for survival.

Flutter's friend, She is a baby alien and she is the first alien CUTIE made and a strong one too she is troublemaker but she is a little shy at times. She is the only alien that could talk morse code (only on her hair). She can't write but she can draw her work in her sketch book

Fire powers, Electric powers, light powers:
Most of the time she use her powers without knowing like when she cries her hair turn yellow like a beam of electricity and would cause shock to anyone near by of course if she's angry her fire powers is out and everything is always caught on fire. You also see her having flying powers and her light powers are used for preforming.
Her loud cries:
Dusky has a high pitch scream that is loud and high, her sneezes are more stronger thanks to her mouth.
Her small blue star:
that is a portal though the galaxy, also her dark blue star that was use as a hologram and a used for a source of light.
The eclipse beam:
One of the most powerful and most deadly. She used the moon and sun to create a eclipse. It created a red and yellow lighting (It almost looks like a eye) once fired, destruction would explode into dusk wiping everyone around her.
