-PERSONALITY-
Stormy is very competitive and very sarcastic. He is very brash and bold, he is also a quick thinker but he doesn't plan everything out well enough. He gets hurt a lot due to his "shoot first, ask questions later" mindset. Even with how competitive he can be, he enjoys making jokes and pull pranks on other ponies. He can be a sweetheart though to his partner and his younger sister, he can be also very protective of them.

-Relationships-
Stormy has more of friend-like relationship with his mom and dad. His mom Rainbow Dash is more of a chill teacher to him than a mom, she mainly lets him learn on his own and lets him make his own mistakes. His father is like a friend to him were the talk like best friends and just be silly and funny. His favourite thing is to go out and fly with his parents.

Stormy has a younger sister name Flash Beam, he is seen as a role model to his young sister and a guardian whenever their parents are busy with being a Wonderbolt or friendship missions. He always cooks food for her and makes sure she is healthy. He may be competitive but he always lets his sister win.

Stormy and Moonlight don't hang out a lot, He always wants Moonlight to do things quickly or not to just sit there and do nothing. He wants to raise her to see if she knows anything cool like her moms do. They both do enjoy seeing new things but he finds her an egghead

Stormy and Minty can get along but they both have personalities that clash. They both like to do amazing and interesting things like show off his speed or her to show off her stolen good But they don't hang out really for other than that one reason

Stormy and Moody Hailstorm are buddies who enjoy flying around Ponyville together. They don't talk much from other than one of their flying trips since she is the only pony in his group of friends who can fly. While he always wants to challenge her to a race, he knows that she isn't a racing type of pony. She is the only pony he will tell how he is feeling.

Stormy and Autumn are very competitive whenever it comes to anything, Whenever there is a challenge they are competing to see who is better. Both of them are brawler ponies, and always strive to be the best.

Stormy and Confetti Custard are a couple and best friends, they both enjoy pulling pranks on other ponies and they just enjoy having fun. Both of them are very sarcastic and sometimes silly and cruel to each other. They get along the most out of any of the ponies he is friends with. Since they are a couple, they do hang out a lot to snuggle and kiss.

Stormy gets along with Thunder and his parents, while they don't hang out a lot, they treat each other like cousins. They both enjoy rough-housing and beating each other up. They both love to compete as well.

Stormy's talent is turning normal rain clouds in Stormy clouds, whenever he sleeps on a cloud it can sometimes change to a storm cloud. He helps out at the cloud factory with making storm clouds as well.
