Made this edit hours ago..in the morning, and i were to thinkwho would come out of this the winner..it depends on which DIO your talking about,
Part 1 Dio = Lose
Part 3 DIO = Questionable
Eyes of Heaven DIO = Win
and dio did regenerate his body during part 3 so...unless he tries kicking with his leg again
and hit hits it..yeah he's gonna explode again.
as time stops or skips. Hit can time skip for much as long as he needs to
and as for DIO at the end of Part 3..he could stop time for at least 9 seconds if i remember.

This would be awesome! Due to his immortality, Dio's Time-Stop can continue to increase and due to his Improvement Ability, Hit's Time-skip could also improve. I guess it would be a matter of who can take who out first. Dio's arrogance could be his downfall but Hit has a bit of an ego as well. It's amazing how similar these two are.
