Description
A follow-up to this one: And also in relation to this one:This is not the first time my better judgment will take a hike and Emotion takes the driver seat while Reason sits in the back (that's a Disney reference, FYI; Reason and Emotion, 1943, directed by Bill Roberts -- look it up). I still admit to being a casual slash-fan (often mistaken for 'yaoi'), but I do set my limits and try to be grown-up about it, I.E. I don't over-spazz out all over it like a fantard would
You Slashers know how to have a lot of fun, but with all due respect, you guys are evil! (I say this with a chuckle, mind you
FYI, Heero and Duo are from Gundam Wing, an anime from, like, 1995 and dubbed in 2000, and the two pilots met under certain circumstances that somehow the hyper-idiot Duo mistaken emo-prone Heero as the bad guy
SO! Those of you who already know my position on slash pairings...
But I'm only human... who happens to get horny every time Tapioca-Brain week happens, which does happen in a lot of us ladies with PMS. And it probably won't be long before I submit to the slash powers; it's usually the best solution for me before I'm bored and over with it and focused on more important things.
Like my B.E.L.T. characters... and Chester the Ringtail

- I think I understand what you're saying now. Basically, be a fan, but not a RABID fan.
I misunderstood the intentions of the deviation, so I apologize. But still regardless, I am still going to make fun of pairings and such and all that. And also, with the anti-slasher thing, I used to be a rabid anti-slasher and I would actually troll people who decided to post up slash at all -- what a horrid idea!
A lot of your arguments could be applied to het pairings. But I won't go into that. I think that sentence alone conveys what I was trying to say all along, yeah? It's just that slash isn't so bad. That's all I was really saying.
Anyway, thanks for replying maturely and all that. C: I wasn't really angry, just kinda annoyed, so I'm sorry if it appeared that I was. Hehe, it's nice to get into long discussions about this.

Yes! Thank you, lord! Thank you! *twirls once* Nothing wrong with being a fan, but being bat-shit crazy over everything is an unspoken taboo in pop culture. I remember reading a web comic strip about that within the Inu-Yasha fandom years ago; it was a beautiful statement and I CURSE myself for not faving it back then when I had the chance!
Ah-ah!, I didn't realize you were into hetero pairings as well until now; I keep forgetting that exists as well, but I didn't realize that would be under fire as well. Wouldn't surprise me, though, I mean, Ratchet has met a lot of potential girlfriends over his career, but I don't seem to care much about WHO he's with; I just like furry couples, because I'm a goddamn furry-freak it makes me all warm a squishy
And no, not all slash is terrible, but it's still make-believe, and it can be considered fun every now and then.
No prob, and I'm glad were able to agree or agree to disagree like rational adults. I try to be such a person, since I'm a huge fan and supporter of 2 the Ranting Gryphon (from The 2sense Show, you should see that as well); he's the on who inspires me to go on a debating rampage, even if I get uber shy over it IRL.

Understood; English is a bit hard in contrast to Spanish, this I know because my late maternal grandmother, originally from Argentina, spoke Spanish, and she said English is messed up

Japanese? Grammatically, yes, but I find its phonics much easier to cope with. The hardest language in the world is French, which used to be the World Language before English took that title over during the colonization era

XD Sorry budge in, but I noticed your little question in the end. You do that by typing < sub> [without space] and < /sub> [without space] around the part you want to be small.
Example:
I be a small and allegedly cute, but actually crude way of wasting your time by reading this.
I hope that helped? XD

Ohhhhh.... NOW I get it... See, I forgot that the "x" refers to a slash pairing.
Yeah, occasionally I've come across a slash pairing that seemed at least halfway believable... but most tend to be... O_o;;
I'm such a prude... but then again, I also sometimes get... "weird" on my off-days too. I get the impression all women get that, even us relative asexuals.
Lovin' the first panel especially... Total brain-dead look.

Well, um, I guess I never really got interested in slash, so I never committed the terminology to memory...
I dunno, maybe I was just as blotto when you showed me the inks earlier...

It helps to differentiate between the 'x' and the '+'; the latter is for a more tamed relationship, like PURE love with no sex.

Yours borderline decent, actually. Since you're just about to blossom into adulthood in a few years, you definitely have potential as a good digital artist; just take some art classes if you can and keep working at it
And thanks for putting up with my banter I tend to get a lot of flames from both opposing sides in the slash wars.

XD I am not sure if that was directed at my rabid teenger hormones now or my wannabe-art.
XD I might be a fan, but I refrain from joining the madness of overly horny fangirls. No no no. XD

Hey, it's normal, and I say if you didn't had those emotions during teenager years in the first place, I say there's something wrong with your chemistry; it's necessary to have your respective hormones for health reasons. You, however, don't seem to be rabid or a wannabe artist, heavens no on the last part! I told you: you have potential, you just need to keep working at it and take some art classes if you can.
Good on you, girl, good on you I wish the majority of the slash fandom in ANY fandom were like you: true to herself but know when to not go overboard.
Even if some of your artwork makes me blush

XDD I try to keep some level of self-conscious, at least.
o: I'll just keep practising then. Until I make something to convince you no matter in which state you are in!
XD;;... Sadly, every fandom has them... And they tend to be the loudest of all fans. Urgh.
... I will never. EVER. Understand what there is to blush about. XDDD
